Job summary

Come Here TCM in Singapore is seeking a proactive Clinic Operations & Marketing Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations, patient flow, and front desk coordination. You will coordinate appointments, registrations, and follow-ups while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.

You will also assist in marketing initiatives, patient acquisition, and promotion of wellness programs to enhance patient engagement and clinic growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) or related field preferred.
• Experience in clinic operations, healthcare, retail, or wellness industry is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth patient flow.
• Oversee appointment scheduling, patient registration, and front desk coordination.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness, supplies, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with clinic procedures and healthcare standards.
• Provide warm and professional service to patients.
• Assist patients with enquiries regarding treatments and services.
• Coordinate follow-ups and maintain good patient relationships.
• Support clinic marketing initiatives (social media, events, promotions).
• Assist in patient acquisition and community outreach programs.
• Promote clinic services and wellness programs to patients.
• Work with the team to improve clinic visibility and patient engagement.
• Introduce and explain treatment packages and wellness programs to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinic Operations:

• Manage day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth patient flow

Requirements:

• Comfortable with basic marketing, social media, and patient engagement
