Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Clinic Assistant for a 1-year contract in Singapore. Office hours with a 5.5 day work week. Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, coordinating referrals, handling payments, and addressing inquiries with professionalism.

Rostered at the Health monitoring station, duties include taking height, weight, and blood pressure. Minimum N/O Level required; comfortable with computer use for registration and scheduling.

Qualificações

• Min N/O Level or equivalent.
• Comfortable using computer for patient registration, scheduling and payments.
• Good communication and courtesy when assisting patients.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and register patients.
• Schedule patient appointments.
• Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals.
• Handle payments and respond to patient inquiries politely.
• Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with patients to provide high level of service.
• Be stationed at Health monitoring station as rostered, including taking height/weight and blood pressure.
