Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a front-facing healthcare assistant to greet and register patients, schedule appointments, and coordinate specialist referrals. You will also handle payments and respond to patient inquiries with courteous professionalism.

On-site, you will be stationed at the Health monitoring station, taking height/weight and blood pressure as part of routine care, while ensuring timely resolution of patient concerns and escalating when necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N' level.
• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Healthcare experience will be an advantage but not compulsory.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients
• Schedule patient appointment
• Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals
• Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
• Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service
• Will be stationed at Health monitoring station based on roster. Involved in taking height / weight and blood pressure for patients at Health monitoring station
