Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant qualification preferred.
• Prior experience in healthcare, specialist clinics, medical centres or a similar environment is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with good attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy clinic setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning clinic software.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily clinic operations, including patient registration, appointments and enquiries.
• Coordinate patient visits, consultations, investigations and follow-ups.
• Handle front-desk and administrative duties professionally and efficiently.
• Communicate with patients, doctors, hospitals and other healthcare providers.
• Manage billing, payments, insurance/claims administration and relevant documentation.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
• Support the specialist and clinical team with day-to-day administrative matters.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers where required.
• Assist with improving clinic workflows and operational efficiency.
• Ensure the clinic maintains a welcoming, professional and patient-centred environment.
