Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a friendly front desk professional to support a busy clinic in Singapore. You will handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, inquiries, billing, and maintain accurate patient records, contributing to smooth daily operations.

You will assist doctors and nurses during consultations, prepare treatment rooms, manage inventory, uphold infection control and workplace safety standards, and deliver exceptional customer service in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Min O-Level Certificate.
• Passion for customer service; patient is required.
• Experience in healthcare is preferred, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk duties: patient registration, appointment scheduling, inquiries, billing, and maintain accurate patient records.
• Assist doctors and nurses during consultations and minor procedures, prepare consultation rooms and perform basic clinical tasks where trained.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness, ensure treatment rooms are well-stocked, monitor inventory, and support infection control and workplace safety standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Clinic Manager or supervising healthcare professionals.
