Job summary

ZHI DI INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Clinic Operations & Marketing Manager to oversee the daily running of our TCM wellness centre and drive online and offline customer acquisition.

Lead staff scheduling, handle customer enquiries, supervise front-desk, manage social media channels, plan promotions, and build local partnerships to grow the clinic. Qualifications

• Experience in operations, marketing, social media management or customer acquisition.
• Experience in clinic, TCM, wellness, massage or similar service industries preferred.
• Knowledge or hands-on experience in massage, moxibustion, cupping or TCM wellness services advantageous.
• Able to independently plan initiatives to generate leads and attract customers.

• Work closely with the team to improve customer experience and business performance.

• Manage the clinic’s social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram and other relevant channels
• Plan and coordinate social media content, promotions and marketing campaigns
• Develop strategies to attract new customers through both online and offline channels
• Build local partnerships, community collaborations and promotional activities
• Monitor campaign performance, customer enquiries and conversion results
• Support customer retention and follow-up initiatives
• Manage inventory, supplies and general administrative matters
• Work closely with the team to improve customer experience and business performance

Requirements

• Experience in operations, marketing, social media management or customer acquisition
• Experience in clinic, TCM, wellness, massage, beauty or similar service industries is preferred
• Knowledge or hands-on experience in massage, moxibustion, cupping or TCM wellness services will be an advantage
• Familiar with social media platforms and content marketing
• Able to independently plan initiatives to generate leads and attract customers
• Strong communication, customer service and problem-solving skills
• Organised, responsible and comfortable managing multiple areas of the business
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin and/or Malay will be an advantage when serving customers from different language backgrounds
