Job summary

ZHI DI INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Clinic Operations & Marketing Manager to oversee the daily running of our TCM wellness centre and drive online and offline customer acquisition.

Lead staff scheduling, handle customer enquiries, supervise front-desk, manage social media channels, plan promotions, and build local partnerships to grow the clinic. The role requires strong communication, initiative, and the ability to coordinate multiple areas of the business to enhance customer

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, marketing, social media management or customer acquisition.
• Experience in clinic, TCM, wellness, massage or similar service industries preferred.
• Knowledge or hands-on experience in massage, moxibustion, cupping or TCM wellness services advantageous.
• Able to independently plan initiatives to generate leads and attract customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage staff schedules, appointments and customer enquiries.
• Supervise front-desk and service staff and maintain service standards.
• Manage the clinic’s social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram and other relevant channels.
• Plan and coordinate social media content, promotions and marketing campaigns.
• Develop strategies to attract new customers through online and offline channels.
• Build local partnerships, community collaborations and promotional activities.
• Monitor campaign performance, customer enquiries and conversion results.
• Support customer retention and follow-up initiatives.
• Manage inventory, supplies and general administrative matters.
• Work closely with the team to improve customer experience and business performance.
