Job summary

PRIMESTAFF MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore is hiring for an IT Support role to provide remote/off-site assistance within a healthcare setting. You will handle incoming calls, log incidents, and deliver first- and second-line support for desktop, LAN, WAN, and voice services, while ensuring adherence to SLAs.

The role requires a relevant IT diploma or NITEC, immediate availability preferred, and the ability to work a 5-day roster including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in IT, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• N-Level with at least 1 year IT support experience may be considered.
• Basic desktop/laptop troubleshooting and Windows environments knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong interest in IT support with willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working in a healthcare environment.
• Able to work on a 5-day roster, including weekends and Public Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote/off-site IT support to end users within a healthcare environment.
• Attend to incoming calls and IT service requests promptly and professionally.
• Provide first-level troubleshooting and resolution for technical issues.
• Respond promptly to user queries via phone, voicemail, email, and other channels.
• Accurately assess, diagnose, and resolve reported IT issues.
• Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests through to resolution.
• Provide first and second-level support for desktops, LAN, WAN, and voice services.
• Support user account administration (activation, modification, termination).
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to appropriate teams.
• Provide timely updates on status and resolution of reported issues.
• Ensure requests are handled per SLAs and service standards.
• Maintain high customer service and user satisfaction.
