Job summary

Synapxe is offering an internship opportunity in Singapore to gain hands-on experience in IT operations, user support, endpoint management, and device deployment within Singapore’s public healthcare ecosystem.

You will assist with troubleshooting, system health checks, software installation, asset tracking, and IT projects, while collaborating with infrastructure and operations teams to drive improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Final-year diploma student pursuing Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Familiarity with IT troubleshooting, endpoint management, or IT service operations is advantageous.
• Exposure to Microsoft 365, device management, or IT support tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support IT operations and end-user computing services.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving user-reported IT issues.
• Perform system health checks and operational support activities.
• Assist with endpoint and device deployment activities.
• Support software installation, application deployment, and configuration tasks.
• Participate in asset tracking and device lifecycle management.
• Assist in IT integration and workplace technology projects.
• Contribute to testing, documentation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Support IT projects and contribute to operational excellence.
