Job summary

Medlife Clinic & Surgery in Singapore is seeking staff to support administrative and clinical operations. You will greet patients, manage appointments, maintain records, assist in dispensary, and handle payments in a fast-paced environment.

You will support doctors by taking vital signs, preparing treatment rooms, and assisting with simple procedures. You will also manage inventory and keep the clinic clean and organized, contributing to patient care and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Should have a minimum GCE N, O levels or ITE certificate.
• Relevant experience in Healthcare/Medical Industry will be an advantage.
• PC / computer literacy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Service oriented and a good team player.
• Hardworking and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and manage appointment schedules in the patient reception area.
• Check patients in, update personal details, and maintain electronic medical records (EMR) under supervision.
• Assist with dispensary duties as required and support billing & payments processing.
• Measure vital signs such as blood pressure and temperature for patient preparation.
• Chaperon doctors during consultations or physical exams and prep treatment rooms.
• Help with basic procedures like ECGs, collecting lab specimens, or packing and dispensing medication.
• Monitor and restock medical supplies, stationery, and office items.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized clinic environment.
