Job summary

HEALIX TCM PTE. LTD. is seeking a clinic receptionist to manage front desk and reception duties in Singapore. You will handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, billing, and payments, ensuring smooth clinic operations and accurate records.

You will also assist physicians, maintain clinic cleanliness, dispense medication per protocol, manage inventory and medical supplies, and support overall patient care while using a Mac laptop/iPad and Google Sheets for data tracking.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and speak Chinese.
• Ability to use a Mac laptop/iPad.

Responsibilities

• Register patients accurately to ensure proper documentation and smooth clinic operations
• Schedule patient appointments and send reminders to optimize clinic workflow and reduce no-shows
• Process billing and payments efficiently to maintain accurate financial records
• Manage records using Google Sheets and Excel to track clinic data and inventory
• Control inventory and procure medical supplies to ensure availability and prevent shortages
• Maintain clinic cleanliness to provide a safe and welcoming environment for patients and staff
• Assist physicians during consultations or procedures as needed to support patient care
• Dispense medication following clinic protocols to ensure patient safety and compliance
• Care for medical equipment and supplies to maintain functionality and readiness
