You will assist with payments, submissions of insurance and Medisave claims, and prepare medications for doctor review. Training provided, and a collaborative team environment with rotating shifts.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in hospital/clinic operations or front desk duties is a plus (training provided).
• Familiarity with computer usage and clinic operations.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team.

Aufgaben

• Register patients and schedule appointments; send reminders.
• Answer phone/SMS and email queries promptly.
• Handle payments and submissions for TPA, Medisave, insurance claims, and other docs.
• Prepare medications for doctor's review and dispense medications.
• Assist in simple in-clinic procedures (training provided) and chaperone during consultations.
• Maintain and update patient records per guidelines.
• Support daily clinic operations and upkeep; manage supplies and equipment.
