Job summary

DentalPlus Clinic Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced front-desk supervisor to uphold our frontline patient service standards. You will guide and train the front-desk team, manage bookings and patient communications, and handle claims with CHAS/Medisave.

This role requires a 5-day week with rotating shifts, one weekend day, and benefits including CPF, outpatient insurance, paid leave and leadership incentives.

Qualifications

• Prior front-desk or patient-service experience, ideally in a clinic or healthcare setting.
• Experience guiding or training a team.
• Able to perform all core front-desk duties: patient booking, payments, insurance claims (CHAS, Medisave, insurance) and patient correspondence.
• Strong written and spoken communication; a local diploma or equivalent (required).
• Rotating roster including one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Hold the standard of front-line patient service
• Guide and train front-desk team members; allocate duties and cover gaps
• Handle escalations and service recovery
• Oversee accurate payments, end-of-day settlement and timely claims
• Carry out the administrative work behind daily clinic operations (reports, records, supplies, coordination)
