Job summary

Smilepoint Dental in Singapore is seeking a supervisory front-desk coordinator to sustain excellent frontline patient service, train the front-desk team, and coordinate daily clinic operations across multiple sites.

You will manage bookings, payments, and insurance claims (CHAS/Medisave), while ensuring smooth patient communications and timely settlements. The role follows a 5-day rotating schedule with weekends, and public holidays off.

Qualifications

• Front-desk or patient-service experience in a clinic or healthcare setting.
• Experience guiding or training a team.
• Manage bookings, payments, insurance claims (CHAS, Medisave) and patient communications.
• Diploma or equivalent required.
• Rotating roster including one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Hold the standard of front-line patient service
• Guide and train front-desk team members; allocate duties and cover gaps
• Handle escalations and service recovery
• Oversee accurate payments, end-of-day settlement and timely claims
• Carry out the administrative work behind daily clinic operations (reports, records, supplies, coordination)
