Job summary

Smilepoint Dental is seeking a Senior Business Associate and Coordinator to manage front-of-house operations across three busy Singapore clinics. You will lead the team, ensure timely billing, scheduling, and accurate insurance claims, and oversee day-end settlements.

The role requires a local diploma or equivalent and a rotating 5-day schedule that includes at least one weekend day. You will be central to maintaining efficient clinic operations and delivering high-quality patient service.

Qualifications

• Front-desk duties including patient booking, payments and insurance claims.
• Rotating roster with weekend day inclusion.
• Supervisory/coordination exposure required.
• Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate front-desk operations across the daily schedule.
• Lead, train and support the team; allocate duties.
• Own end-of-day settlement and claims accuracy.
• Audit records and recalls; drive service improvements.
• Carry out administrative work behind daily clinic operations.
