Job summary

Smilepoint Dental Centre Pte. Ltd. is seeking a senior front-of-house leader to oversee three clinics. You will mentor the front-desk team, handle escalations, and ensure service standards are met across all sites.

The role offers a 5-day rotating schedule with at least one weekend day, two rest days per week, day shifts 8:30am–6:15pm, and no night shifts. Salary ranges from SGD 2,800 to SGD 3,400 with CPF, insurance, and paid leave.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-desk or patient service, ideally healthcare.
• Supervisory or mentoring experience; strong communicator.
• Proficient in patient bookings, payments, insurance claims and correspondence.
• Local diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and model patient service the team can copy.
• Mentor front-desk colleagues and maintain standards.
• Resolve complaints and escalations.
• Coordinate with the clinical team and oversee claims accuracy.
• Carry out the administrative work behind daily clinic operations.
