Job summary

Dentalplus Clinic Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Senior Business Associate and Coordinator to lead front-of-house operations across three clinics, develop the team, and ensure billing, scheduling and claims are accurate and timely.

The role offers a 5-day work week with rotating shifts, including at least one weekend day, two rest days weekly, and no night shifts. CPF and full benefits are provided, with public holidays off.

Qualifications

• Strong front-desk experience with supervisory or coordination exposure.
• Able to perform all core front-desk duties well: patient booking, payments, insurance claims and correspondence.
• Organised, accurate and a confident communicator; comfortable owning operations.
• A local diploma or equivalent (required).
• Rotating roster including one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate front-desk operations across the daily schedule.
• Lead, train and support the team; allocate duties.
• Own end-of-day settlement and claims accuracy.
• Audit records and recalls; drive service improvements.
• Carry out the administrative work behind daily clinic operations.
