Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking Clinic Executives for our HMI centre clinic, Mount Elizabeth Novena hospital clinic and Parkway East Clinic in Singapore. You will be trained in clinic duties and work in a busy hospital clinic environment.

Your role includes handling calls and messages, registering patients, explaining bills, assisting with medical claims, and maintaining clinic inventory. A diploma or equivalent and English communication are required, with a readiness to learn and multi-task.

• Minimum GCE N level or polytechnic diploma.
• Good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp business messages and emails, and handle scheduling of appointments.
• Meet and greet patients who come to our clinics and register them using clinic management software.
• Explain bills to patients and collect payment.
• Provide assistance to clinic patients on medical claims, including preparing invoices for claim submissions, preparing insurance letters of guarantees, and communicating with insurers.
• Follow up on payments from insurers.
• Send appointment reminders to patients.
• Assist in the clinic room and keep clinic rooms tidy and neat.
• Perform clinic medications stock-take and maintain clinic inventory.
• Dispense medications to clinic patients.
