Job summary

THE CARDIO CLINIC PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent clinic administrator to support daily operations across multiple locations in Singapore. You will handle patient registrations, appointments, payments, and insurance claims, ensuring smooth front-desk workflow.

The role requires strong communication, ability to multitask, and familiarity with clinic systems like Plato. Working hours are 9am-5pm, 5.5 days, with coverage at Parkway East Hospital, Farrer Park, Mount Alvernia and Mount Elizabeth.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinic administration is preferred and beneficial.
• Good communication and patient service abilities are essential.
• Willingness to cover duties at multiple locations when required.

Responsibilities

• Attend to daily patients, calls, messages and emails.
• Book appointments and handle patient registrations.
• Collect payments and process insurance claims.
• Prepare blood test and radiology forms and other bookings.
• Dispense medications and perform stock checks.
• Conduct admin tasks like retrieval of Letters of Guarantee and tracking payments.
• Carry out ad hoc assignments as directed by Clinic Manager or Doctor.

Job description

Assisting medical professionals in clinic's daily operations.

• Attend to daily patients, phonecalls, whatsapp messages and emails.
• Appointment booking for patients.
• Handle patient's registration, collect payment and process insurance claims.
• Preparing blood test forms, radiology forms and other procedure bookings.
• Dispensing of medications and inventory stock take.
• Administrative work - retrival of Letter Of Gurantee for procedure, insurance claims, tracking of payments etc
• Any other ad hoc assignments as directed by the Clinic Manager or Doctor

Job Requirement

• GCE O level & above.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience (preferred)
• Good communication and patient service skills.
• Experience with Plato clinic system and TPA claims an advantage.
• Able to cover duties at multiple locations when need arises.
• Able to multitask, work independently and maintain good organizational skills.
• Responsible and passionate for continuous learning.
• Working days - 5.5days per week, Mon-Fri (9AM-5PM) Sat (9AM-1PM).
• Working location : Parkway East Hospital, Farrer Park Hospital, Mount Alvernia Hospital and Mount Elizabeth Hospital (Orchard).
