Job summary

ASTER GYNAECOLOGY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a full-time clinic assistant for Mount Elizabeth Novena's obstetrics and gynaecology clinic. You will handle patient enquiries, appointments, registrations and insurance claims, supporting smooth clinic operations.

Ideal candidates have at least O-level, strong communication and teamwork, and can work in a fast-paced environment with a 5.5-day schedule including Saturday AM shifts.

Qualifications

• At least GCE O-level or equivalent.
• Prior clinic assistant experience and Plato experience prioritized.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• 5.5 day work week (Mon-Fri AM/PM and Saturday AM).

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical and administrative duties including handling patient enquiries, scheduling patient appointments, patient registration, booking of referrals/ investigations, cashiering, financial counseling and filing insurance claims.
• Assist in managing smooth and efficient clinic operations including maintaining clinic medication inventory and proper clinic records.
• Chaperone specialist, attend to patients, prepare them for examination and assist in minor procedures as required.
