HR Affiliates in Singapore is seeking a Clinic Assistant for Mount Elizabeth Orchard to support front-desk operations and medical coordination. You will handle reception, scheduling, patient communications, and insurance claims while ensuring smooth clinic flow.

The role requires practical experience with Plato, experience in a specialist clinic, and strong Chinese-language translation support for patients.

Job description

• Oversee reception operations, handle appointment scheduling, list and coordinate hospital procedures, andensure timely follow-up on payments.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with patients through phone calls, text messages, and email correspondence.
• Administer pre-procedure counselling, including financial guidance, for patients undergoing surgery.
• Provide general clinical care for patients
• Ensure smoothday-to-day clinic operations
• Process insurance for patients. (Obtain and follow-up on Letter of Guarantee etc)
• Timely submission of claims to the insurance portals
• Collate documents for accounting purposes
• Perform any ad hoc assignment as and when required

Job Requirements:

• Experienced in Plato is a must. Experienced in helping patients in insurance claims.
• Relevant working experience as a clinic assistant in a specialist clinic is a must.
• Seeking a Chinese-speaking clinic assistant to provide translation support for patients.
• Strong interpersonal skills. Well-groomed and presentable. Ability to maintain a neat and professional appearance suitable for a client-facing environment.
• Excellent customer-service mindset.
• Working location: Mount Elizabeth Orchard
• Clinic Operating hours: Mon - Fri (8.30 am to 5.30 pm) and Sat (8.30 am to 12.30 pm)
