Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients, manage appointment scheduling, and handle walk‑ins efficiently.
• Assist doctors during consultations and minor procedures.
• Prepare consultation rooms, ensuring cleanliness and readiness before and after each patient.
• Dispense medications accurately as prescribed, with proper labeling and instructions.
• Manage payment collection and issue receipts; assist with claims and billing (e.g., Medisave, CHAS, insurance portals).
• Maintain accurate patient records and update clinic management systems.
• Perform basic clinical duties such as taking vitals (height, weight, blood pressure, etc.) if trained.
• Manage clinic supplies, inventory, and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment in the clinic at all times.
• Handle incoming calls and general inquiries professionally.
• Provide administrative support and assist with any other ad hoc duties as required.

Qualifications
