Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Clinic Assistant to support daily clinic operations, greet patients, manage registrations, appointments and payments, and assist the medical team. This role requires patient interaction, accuracy, and a calm, organized approach.

Qualifications

• GCE O Level or equivalent; diploma accepted.
• Experience in customer service or clinic assistant preferred.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to use web-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and welcome visitors at the clinic.
• Keep the clinic clean and tidy.
• Assist patients with registration, bookings, billing and payments.
• Arrange tests and procedures for patients.
• Handle insurance claims, records, stock, and accounts.
• Assist doctors during consultations.
• Carry out other tasks as directed by Clinic Manager or Doctor.
