PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Clinic Assistant to support day-to-day operations at a busy clinic in Singapore. You will welcome visitors, assist with registrations, appointments, and billing, and coordinate tests and procedures to ensure smooth patient flow.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O Level / Nitec / Diploma in any field.
• Prior relevant customer service or clinic assistant experience is preferred.
• Possess basic computer literacy as the role will require usage of web-based system.
• Team player.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and welcome visitors at the clinic.
• Keep the clinic clean and tidy.
• Help patients with registration, booking appointments, billing, and payments.
• Arrange tests and procedures for patients.
• Do office tasks like handling insurance claims, keeping records, managing stock, and settling accounts.
• Assist doctors during consultations
• Do other tasks given by the Clinic Manager or Doctor.
