WELL FAMILY CLINIC PTE. LTD. is seeking a Clinic Assistant / Clinic Receptionist to support front-desk duties and patient care. You will register patients, handle inquiries, and manage appointments while assisting clinicians during basic procedures.

The role requires good customer service, basic computer skills, and a team-oriented approach. This full-time position offers opportunities to learn and grow within a busy clinic in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum O Levels or equivalent.
• Full-time up to 44 hours per week.
• Willing to work shifts and cover colleagues.
• Willingness to learn and teamwork.
• Basic computer and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Register patients & handle phone/walk-in enquiries.
• Dispense medication & collecting payments.
• Arrange/Booking appointments for patients for follow-up treatment and vaccination.
• Assist doctor during simple procedures.
• Submit CHAS/PG/HSG/Medisave/managed-care insurance claims.
• Maintain cleanliness & order in clinic.
• Assist with other ad-hoc duties assigned by Clinic Manager.
