This is Not a Shadowing Role – You Will Be Essential.

We believe the best learning is doing. In this role, you will be fully immersed in the daily running of our clinic, gaining practical skills that will set you apart in your university applications and beyond.

Your Role & What You'll Learn:

You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, giving you a 360‑degree view of clinic operations:

  • Clinical Support & Patient Care:
    Chaperone doctors during examinations.
    - Perform ECGs and assist with wound dressings.
    - Prepare and dispense medications accurately.
    - Contribute to maintaining a sterile and safe clinical environment.
  • Clinic Operations & Administration:
    Manage patient registration, appointments, and phone inquiries.
    - Showcase your organizational skills with filing and data management.
    - Ensure the clinic's cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
  • Business & Financial Management:
    Handle cashiering duties, payment collection, and daily accounts.
    - File insurance and other relevant claims.
Who We Are Looking For:
  • You have completed your A‑Levels (or equivalent) and are awaiting results, with the goal of studying Medicine or a related field.
  • You are proactive, eager to learn, and not afraid of hands‑on work—this includes both clinical and operational tasks.
  • You have a positive, self‑motivated attitude and a genuine passion for serving people.
  • You are committed to working evenings and weekends for a minimum of 6 months.
Special Skills That Will Make You Stand Out:
  • Tech‑Savviness: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Languages: The ability to converse in other languages or dialects is highly valued.
