Job summary

O2 Lung Centre Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking energetic Clinic Assistants to join our group of specialist and physiotherapy clinics across multiple locations.

You will handle front-desk duties, patient registrations, appointments, billing, and assist doctors and physiotherapists during procedures.

A fast-paced environment, teamwork, and good communication are essential; ability to work 5.5 days and travel between clinics is required.

Qualifications

• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer service mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced clinic.
• Experience in healthcare or customer service is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform receptionist duties (phone calls/visitors).
• Maintain clinic facilities and cleanliness.
• Attend to patients: registration, appointments & billing.
• Handle administrative duties: insurance/medisave claims, filing, stock.
• Assist doctors during consultations and clinic procedures as required.
• Assist physiotherapists with therapy activities and equipment setup.
• Other tasks as directed by Clinic Manager or Doctor/Physiotherapist.

O2 Lung Centre Pte Ltd is looking for energetic and committed individuals to join our group of specialist/physiotherapy clinics at multiple locations. Our team of Clinic Assistants play a critical role in delivering quality care and services to our patients and ensuring the smooth running of daily clinic operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform receptionist duties (e.g. attend to phone calls/visitors).
• Upkeep clinic facilities/premise, including ensure overall cleanliness of clinic.
• Attend to patients and perform front-desk duties such as patient registration, appointments, billing/payment collection, coordinate investigation/procedure schedules, etc.
• Perform administrative duties such as insurance/medisave claims, maintain filling system, maintain accurate clinical data records, accounts settlement, stock taking, etc.
• Assist doctors during consultation and clinic procedures if required (e.g. chaperoning, perform in-house procedures, such as Lung Function Test, Skin Prick Allergy Test, Infleunza Test, etc.).
• Assist physiotherapists with therapy activities (e.g. prepare patients for treatment, set up equipment) and provide physical assistance as needed.
• Any other tasks as directed by the Clinic Manager or Doctor/Physiotherapist.
