Job summary

Healing Hands Wellness Singapore is hiring Clinic Assistants to deliver exceptional patient service and support healthcare professionals.

The role involves greeting patients, scheduling, check-in/out, and maintaining a clean clinic environment across locations. No experience is required; strong communication and multi-tasking are valued. Commission-based earnings are offered for treatment program sales.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel to other clinics as needed.
• Capable of multi-tasking and taking initiative.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service beyond expectations.
• Answer calls and schedule patients' appointments.
• Manage patient flow and multitask day-to-day.
• Check-in/out patients and handle transactions.
• Follow up with patients as needed.
• Assist doctors in daily operations.
• Keep the clinic clean and presentable.
• Travel to other clinics as required by operations.
• Promote and sell treatment programs (commission SGD 250–1,400).

Key responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service that goes beyond your call of duty
• Answering and making phone calls & schedule patients' appointments
• Managing patient flow and multi-tasking
• Check-in /out patients and making transactions
• Following up with patients
• Assist the doctors in day to day operation
• Keeping the clinic clean & presentable at all times
• Able to travel to other clinics based on operation needs
• Selling of treatment programs (Commission ranging from $250-1400)
