Job summary

OHM (EAST) PTE. LTD. is seeking a friendly, customer‑focused receptionist to greet patients and manage clinic flow. You will handle appointment scheduling, coordinate with healthcare staff, and assist with inquiries while maintaining accurate patient records.

The role involves preparing examination rooms, processing insurance claims, and providing concierge support when needed. Fluency in English is required; Mandarin is a plus. All experience levels are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O/N Level qualification.
• Fluent in English; ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking patients.
• Prior experience in customer service is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Customer service-oriented with a willingness to learn.
• Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply.
