Job summary

PERENNIAL (PARRY) AL CARE MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated professional to handle client front-desk responsibilities including registration, appointments, and payments. The role involves performing basic medical procedures and maintaining clinic organization.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of N-Level or O-Level education with a certificate in Phlebotomy or Nursing, proficient communication skills, and at least 1-2 years of healthcare experience. Shift work, including weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum education requirement is N-Level or O-Level with a Phlebotomy Certificate or Nursing training.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Attend to clients and perform front-desk duties including registration.

• Dispense medications and assist the doctor during minor procedures.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Attend to clients and perform front-desk duties including registration, manage appointments, coordinate follow-ups and payment collection
• Attend to inquiries and phone call in a polite and professional manner
• Perform simple triage & measurements – check blood pressure, height, weight, temperature
• Perform blood collection by venipuncture, heel prick, finger prick and dripping method
• Prepare and assist Doctor during minor procedures
• Dispense medications to clients
• Monitor, order and replenish medical supplies & medications
• Provide administrative support, including data entry and filing of medical records
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of clinic areas
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Singapore-Cambridge General Certification of Education Normal Level (N-Level) or Ordinary Level (O-Level), with Certificate in Theory and Practice of Phlebotomy or trained in Nursing
• Preferably at least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in medical billing software and basic computer skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, customer oriented and committed to maintaining high service standards
• Able to work effectively with multi-disciplinary teams in a dynamic, fast-paced healthcare environment
• Able to work shift duties, including weekends and public holidays
