Responsibilities

• Respond to patient enquiries and manage complaints
• Document call information following SOPs
• Follow up on calls and emails to ensure issues are resolved
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve patient-related issues
• Provide patients with accurate information about products and services
• Identify and escalate unresolved issues to supervisors
• Perform other duties to support clinic operations

Responsibilities

• Perform inbound and outbound calls to patients for scheduling and enquiries


• Schedule patients for outpatient appointments and surgeries accurately


• Manage and resolve patient complaints and enquiries to ensure satisfaction


• Identify and escape unresolved issues to supervisors promptly


• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve patient-related issues efficiently


• Provide patients with accurate information about products and services


• Document all call information following standard operating procedures


• Follow up on patient calls and emails to ensure issues are addressed


• Perform other duties as assigned to support clinic operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Completed “N” levels / ”O” levels / ”A” levels / NITEC or higher / Diploma or higher
