Trane Technologies is recruiting a Service Sales Consultant to serve customers as their representative and ensure work is completed to high quality and on time. You will understand customer needs, propose options, and work with internal teams to meet those needs.

The role focuses on managing accounts, identifying growth opportunities, preparing proposals, and maintaining strong relationships to deliver value and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing accounts and growing client relationships.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities and present solutions.
• Strong customer-facing communication and proposal skills.

Responsabilités

• Act as customers' representative.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts and develop action plans to grow identified accounts.
• Identify options to meet customer needs and coordinate with Technical Support.
• Identify opportunities with existing and new customers and update on services.
• Identify sales opportunities, prepare proposals and coordinate processes to ensure satisfaction.
• Encourage customer growth and loyalty through ongoing support.
