Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a results-driven sales professional in Singapore to promote contracting solutions, build long-term customer relationships, and identify opportunities with existing and new customers.

The role requires 2–4 years in engineering sales, preferably with HVAC exposure, and strong communication skills. You will collaborate with other departments to tailor solutions and submit timely tenders, driving value and closing sales.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical engineering or equivalent.
• 2–4 years in engineering/construction sales.
• HVAC industry experience is advantageous.
• Customer-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and propose Trane contracting solutions to potential customers.
• Develop long-term customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities and develop solutions with existing and new customers.
• Collaborate with other departments to create the most appropriate solutions for customers.
• Submit competitive tenders within deadlines.
• Draft and present proposals clearly.
• Negotiate value, address objections and close sales.
