• Engineering degree and sales exposure.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, chiller plants, airside, energy services and building services is a plus.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret engineering documents.
• Ability to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints with clear communication.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Driven to delight customers with options to meet their needs.
• Willingness to learn new options/offerings and upgrade skills.

Aufgaben

• Act as customers' representative; lead point of contact for customer matters.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts; identify key customers and develop action plans to grow accounts.
• Identify options to meet customer needs; collaborate with Technical Support to implement options.
• Identify opportunities with existing and new customers and update on Service Value Added Offering.
• Identify sales opportunities, prepare proposals and coordinate processes for high customer satisfaction.
