Job summary

Trane Distribution Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a results-driven sales professional to develop and maintain TraneRental Chiller Services, maximizing revenues through account penetration and new customer acquisition.

You will present a full range of turnkey services, identify opportunities, and build lasting relationships with customers. Strong negotiation, presentation, and customer service skills are essential to drive awareness and demand for Rental Chiller Services.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical engineering or equivalent.
• 3 years of sales experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC system, Chiller Plant, Airside, Energy Services and Building Services.
• Strong negotiation, selling, and customer service skills.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Customer driven and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with computer skills and MS Office (especially Words and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain TraneRental Chiller Services to customers and ensure maximum revenues through accounts penetration.
• Establish new rental chiller customers through phone calls and in-person visits to potential customers.
• Present a full range of turnkey services to potential customers.
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue business opportunities, build customer relationships.
• Drive the development of programs to create awareness and demand for Rental Chiller Services.
• Function as a sales representative and liaison between customers and the office.
• Perform analysis on customer needs and ascertain current market opportunities.
• Increase sales to existing accounts and establish systematic customer contact to provide ongoing information.
• Responsible for developing long-term customer relationships and maximizing account penetration and customer retention.
• Any other relevant job assignment, duty and sales responsibility from time to time.
