Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Service Sales Consultant to serve as the customer advocate and primary contact for assigned accounts in Singapore. You will understand client needs, present solution options, and drive service-related opportunities to ensure quality, timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.

You will work with Technical Support and Ops to deliver compelling value, organize regular service reviews, and help grow loyalty through ongoing support and effective contract

Responsibilities

• Act as customers' representative. Serve as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to the customers.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts and use account management processes to identify key customers and develop action plans to grow identified accounts.
• Identify options to meet customer needs and work with Technical Support to make those options available.
• Identify opportunities with existing and new customers and update them on Service Value Added Offerings.
• Identify sales opportunities, prepare proposals and coordinate processes to ensure high customer satisfaction and strong relationships.
• Encourage customer growth and loyalty through continuous support and assistance.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating issues with internal stakeholders; develop and discuss solutions and make recommendations.
• Organize regular Service Reviews with customers and Ops teams on hot jobs and critical issues.
• Understand customer needs and determine pricing and selling strategies.
• Prepare and review contract terms and present proposals to customers.
• Provide marketplace feedback, including competitive intel and industry trends.
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned
