Job summary

FUTURE SYNTHETICS PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Customer Service/Quotations Coordinator to manage inbound inquiries via email, fax or phone and to prepare quotations with delivery lead times. You will need to understand FS product ranges and coordinate with stakeholders on order confirmations and logistics.

The role emphasizes maintaining rapport with new and existing customers, applying appropriate cost mark-ups, and ensuring orders are processed efficiently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• GCE 'A' Levels or equivalent.
• 1 to 2 years' relevant working experience in similar capacity.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle all in-bound enquiries sent through emails, faxes or calls.
• Prepare quotations and advise on lead time for deliveries.
• Be familiar with different product ranges that FS is offering.
• Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders regarding order confirmations and delivery/logistics details.
• Maintain good rapport with both new and existing customers.
• Differentiate cost mark-ups used for different categories of customers.
• Ensure customers’ orders/requirements are processed efficiently.
• Provide necessary support to individual division.
• Check customer PO against your quotation before hand over to Order Processing to process order.
• Any other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
