Job summary

Future Synthetics Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a proactive Customer Support Executive to handle inbound enquiries, prepare quotations, advise on lead times, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure accurate order confirmations and timely deliveries.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years’ relevant experience, GCE A-Levels or equivalent, proficiency in MS Office, and strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Handle all inbound enquiries via emails, faxes or calls.
• Prepare quotations and advise on lead times for deliveries.
• Be familiar with different product ranges offered by FS.
• Liaise with stakeholders regarding order confirmations and delivery/logistics details.
• Maintain rapport with new and existing customers.
• Differentiate cost mark-ups used for different customer categories.
• Ensure orders/requirements are processed efficiently.
• Provide necessary support to individual division.
• Check customer PO against quotation before handing over to Order Processing.
• Any other tasks as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• 5.1 Handle all in-bound enquiries sent through emails, faxes or calls.


• 5.2 Prepare quotations and advise on lead time for deliveries.


• 5.3 Be familiar with different product ranges that FS is offering.


• 5.4 Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders regarding order confirmations and delivery/logistics details.


• 5.5 Maintain good rapport with both new andexisting customers.


• 5.6 Differentiate cost mark-ups used fordifferent categories of customers.


• 5.7 Ensure customers’ orders/requirements are processed efficiently.


• 5.8 Provide necessary support to individualdivision.


• 5.9 Check customer PO against your quotation before hand over to Order Processing to process order


• 5.10 Any other tasks as may be assigned fromtime to time.

Job Requirements

EducationalQualification and Experience

• GCE 'A' Levels or equivalent


• 1 to 2 years' relevant working experience in similar capacity


• Proficient in MS Office
