Job summary

InternSG is seeking a detail-oriented sales coordination professional to handle quotations, tenders, and sales orders in a laboratory/medical environment. You will reply to customer inquiries, manage order entry, and coordinate with suppliers on availability and shipments.

The role also involves maintaining customer records and supporting the sales team, as well as assisting with marketing activities, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns when required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in life sciences, biotechnology, biomedical science, business or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or inside sales, preferably in laboratory, medical, or scientific industries.
• Training will be provided for those without experience.
• Good understanding of laboratory consumables and scientific equipment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and sales orders.
• Reply to customers regarding enquiries, product information, pricing, and delivery schedules etc.
• Process purchase orders and ensure accurate order entry into the system.
• Liaise with suppliers on product availability and shipment status.
• Provide support to the sales team.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales documentation, and inventory information.
• Support marketing activities, exhibitions, seminars, and promotional campaigns when required.
