Job summary

ADVANCER IFM PTE. LTD. is seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator to support the outdoor sales team with quotations and customer follow-ups in Singapore.

You will coordinate with Sales, Logistics and Operations to ensure orders are managed smoothly, handle inquiries on product specs and delivery timelines, and help maintain accurate records and documentation while supporting ad-hoc projects to reach team targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field.
• 1–2 years in sales coordination, inside sales, sales support or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident with customers.
• Comfortable presenting products and explaining specifications to customers.
• Good organizational skills to manage multiple enquiries and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Support the outdoor sales team in day-to-day activities including quotations and customer follow-ups.
• Conduct product and sales presentations to potential customers when required.
• Handle customer enquiries on specifications, pricing, availability and delivery schedules.
• Follow up with customers on quotations and sales enquiries to ensure timely responses.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics and Operations to ensure orders and requirements are met.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints and coordinate resolution with relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate sales records, quotations and documentation.
• Assist Reporting Manager with administrative duties and ad-hoc projects.
• Support the sales team in achieving overall sales objectives.
