Job summary

CYCLECT ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to join our team. The role involves supporting the full sales process from quotation to order fulfilment and building strong customer relationships.

You will coordinate with internal departments, subcontractors and external customers to understand requirements, prepare quotations and process orders. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
• Experience in sales, sales administration, customer service or a commercial role is an advantage.
• Experience in electrical, engineering, construction, industrial products or technical services will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong follow-up skills, organised and detail-oriented.
• Self-motivated, resourceful and comfortable working towards sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and follow up on sales opportunities with internal departments, subcontractors and external customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products, materials or services.
• Prepare quotations and actively follow up to convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers and business partners.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse and Operations on pricing, stock availability, lead time and deliveries.
• Process quotations, Sales Orders, Delivery Orders, Work Orders and invoices.
• Follow up on outstanding orders, deliveries and invoices.
• Maintain accurate customer, quotation and sales records in the ERP/CRM system.
• Support sales reporting and other sales administrative activities.
