Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a customer service professional to handle inquiries from customers and financial advisors across phone, email, and in-person channels. You will guide users on company portals and mobile applications and ensure timely resolution of service requests.

You will escalate issues as needed, make outbound calls to welcome new customers and follow up with existing ones, and ensure interactions comply with standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience handling inquiries from customers and financial advisors.
• Ability to guide users on portals and mobile apps.
• Strong communication and regulatory compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer and financial advisor enquiries across phone, email and in-person channels.
• Assist customers with the use of company portals and mobile applications.
• Manage and follow up on service requests and complaints to ensure timely resolution.
• Handle escalated enquiries from junior team members and outsourced contact centre staff.
• Make outbound calls to welcome new customers and follow up with existing customers.
• Ensure all customer interactions comply with service standards, internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with departmental administration, workflow improvements and other projects as assigned.
