Job summary

Absolute Kinetics Consultancy is seeking a proactive Customer Success Executive to manage client relationships, support business growth, and ensure a positive customer experience. You will handle inquiries, coordinate with teams, and identify upselling opportunities to drive revenue.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills, with experience in customer success or account management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with corporate and individual clients.
• Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups and escalations.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses and services.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Generate leads and referrals from existing and potential clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and other customer-related documents.
• Follow up on leads, enquiries and business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales records in CRM.
• Track account activities, follow-ups and client retention.
• Provide timely updates and support to customers.
• Assist with other customer success and business-related duties as required
