Qualifications

ITE Nitec / Higher Nitec or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications or related fields.
Good communication and people skills.
Confident, proactive, and willing to learn.
Organised with ability to manage follow-ups.
Positive attitude with strong sense of responsibility.
Experience in sales, customer service, retail, events, or client-facing work is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow client accounts by building strong working relationships.
Identify new sales opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
Follow up on enquiries, leads, and client discussions in a timely manner.
Understand client needs and recommend relevant AKC courses, services, or solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-up materials where required.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover, fulfilment, and client support.
Track account activity, sales opportunities, pipeline movement, and follow-up actions.
Maintain accurate records of conversations, opportunities, and account progress.
Support revenue growth by converting leads into active business opportunities.
Help strengthen long-term partnerships through consistent communication and service.
