Job summary

MCI Group Asia Pacific Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Client Success Executive to join the events and marketing team. You will work closely with Account Managers to turn client briefs into engaging experiences, support new business pitches, source suppliers, and prepare costings from day one.

You will research venues and entertainment, develop proposals, coordinate timelines, and keep projects on track with clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality or marketing.
• 1–3 years in meetings/events and/or hospitality.
• 1–3 years in account management or servicing.
• Excellent written and spoken English; strong communication.
• Proactive, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop pitch proposals and presentations with Account Managers.
• Research venues, suppliers, entertainment, activities for campaigns.
• Prepare cost estimates and compare supplier options.
• Assist in preparing pitches, proposals and supporting materials.
• Support day-to-day servicing of client accounts and timelines.
• Coordinate internal teams and follow up on deliverables.
• Prepare meeting materials, project updates and reports.
• Build relationships with clients, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Stay curious about clients' brands and objectives; add value.
