MCI GROUP ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD. is seeking a Client Success Executive to help drive brand experiences, events, and marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with Account Managers to develop pitches, source suppliers, and manage client accounts from day one.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in meetings/events or hospitality, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to delivering value for clients. Growth opportunities exist across local and regional teams.

Qualificações

• This role is suitable for individuals with business, hospitality, or marketing degrees.
• 1–3 years in meetings/events or hotel & hospitality is advantageous.
• 1–3 years in account management or account servicing is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication with Microsoft Office and presentation development is essential.
• Great customer mindset with negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Result-driven personality with energy and drive to succeed.

Responsabilidades

• Support pitches and new business proposals with Account Managers.
• Research venues, suppliers, and concepts to support creative recommendations.
• Source quotations, develop cost estimates, and help with budgets.
• Prepare pitch decks, proposals, and supporting materials to win business.
• Support day-to-day servicing of client accounts and coordinate internal teams.
• Prepare meeting materials, project updates, and timelines for clients.
