MCI GROUP ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD. is seeking an Account Executive to collaborate with Account Managers to deliver brand experiences, events, and campaigns. You will support pitches, develop ideas, source suppliers, and help with costings and client servicing from day one.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in events or hospitality, strong communication, and a proactive, results-driven mindset. This role is on-site in Singapore and offers local benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in business, hospitality, or marketing is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in meetings/events or hospitality is advantageous.
• Experience in account management or servicing is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient in Office and presentations.
• Customer-focused mindset with proactive negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Support pitches and new business development with the team.
• Develop creative ideas and help translate client briefs into event experiences.
• Source venues, suppliers, and entertainment to back recommendations.
• Prepare cost estimates, quotes, and budget inputs for proposals.
• Assist in servicing client accounts and coordinating internal teams.
