Job summary

Infinity Global APAC PTE. LTD. seeks an entry-level Customer Service Coordinator to support the Accounts Team and retail customers by ensuring accurate, timely sales order processing and facilitating smooth daily operations.

You will handle orders, inquiries, and coordination across departments to maintain order integrity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction, with opportunities for growth within a luxury-brand-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business or a related field.
• 1–2 years in a high-volume, fast-paced customer service role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent organisational abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise urgent tasks and self-train on new software.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders, returns, and cancellations accurately using ERP systems.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly to provide exceptional service.
• Generate and distribute order acknowledgements to confirm details.
• Coordinate with logistics, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely processing and invoicing.
• Analyze inquiries and provide actionable recommendations to the Account Manager.
• Support inventory management by monitoring levels with the Account Team.
• Approve and release sales orders for warehouse fulfillment; prepare shipping docs.
• Maintain product and account knowledge to offer informed suggestions.
