Job summary

HKM HR Management Pte. Ltd. is seeking a procurement and logistics professional for our local operations in Singapore. You will source materials, coordinate with suppliers, prepare PO's, and manage cross-border consignments with the Malaysia factory.

You will ensure timely deliveries, review drawings for material take-offs, and maintain documentation for audit compliance. The role offers a permanent arrangement with a basic salary up to SGD 4,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Architecture/Design, or related fields.
• Min 2-3 years' experience in procurement/logistics (manufacturing or construction preferred).
• Strong coordination, negotiation, and supplier-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and coordinate with suppliers for new materials and project requirements.
• Prepare materials comparison reports and raise Purchase Orders.
• Work with Malaysia factory on material reconciliation.
• Manage Singapore - Malaysia consignments, including invoices, delivery orders, and shipment lists.
• Coordinate with transport partners to ensure timely delivery for production deadlines.
• Review drawings and perform materials quantity take-off for project and retail jobs.
• Prepare samples for Sales team submissions when required.
• Check stock availability and raise POs when retail materials are insufficient.
• Liaise with Production Manager and Warehouse to ensure materials readiness.
• Provide weekly updates on project progress and material status.
• Maintain procurement and logistics documentation for audit and compliance.
