Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd. is seeking a Securities Services professional to act as the primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring high service levels and a consistent customer experience.

The role requires building strong client relationships, understanding client requirements, and delivering timely, accurate responses across inquiries. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and proven ability to operate effectively with senior professionals, plus excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with direct experience in business operations, sales or management environment.
• Demonstrate ability to provide outstanding client service at a senior level.
• Demonstrate excellent communications and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong client relationships.
• Demonstrate effective presentation skills, comfortable with audience of senior level professionals.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Operations team to ensure that all Service level standards are duly met.
• Review and ensure solid understanding of client requirements and compliance with SLA/SLD.
• Maintain regular contact with clients to obtain feedback on service levels and initiate reviews as agreed.
• Be the voice of the customer, take ownership for solutions.
• Facilitate query handling to ensure timeliness and accuracy of responses.
• Monitor markets for developments, analyze impacts and prepare bulletins on topics of interest.
• Ensure effective and timely client communication on impact areas including bulletins and queries.
• Initiate escalation to Unit Heads when necessary.
• Maintain MIS on client AUC and activity for internal reporting.
